We want you to be happy with your order. If you’ve changed your mind or there’s a problem with your product, we offer returns under the conditions below.
Ārepa accepts returns for change of mind on purchases made through our online store, provided the following conditions are met:
The item was purchased within the last 30 days, and proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
The item is in original condition — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Items sold as part of a bundle or set must be returned as a complete set.
Shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns of opened products unless the product is deemed faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it’s faulty:
Email us at help@drinkarepa.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the issue.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, and we’ll cover return shipping if needed.
Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of powder and capsule products and has separate eligibility criteria, including consistent use and photographic proof. Please refer to that specific policy if you’re seeking a satisfaction-based refund on powders or capsules.
The above policy applies to all Ārepa products, including drinks, powders, and capsules.
We’re confident you’ll feel the difference — but if you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.
If you’ve tried one of our powder or capsule products for the first time and didn’t get the experience you hoped for, you're eligible for a full refund under our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Here’s how it works:
You must contact us within 60 days of your product being delivered.
The product must have been used daily for at least 30 days following the directions on the label.
The guarantee applies only to your first purchase of each eligible product (one refund per product type per customer).
Refunds are only valid for purchases made through our official website.

Your name
Order number
Photo of the opened product (bottle/tub)
A brief note on your experience
If approved, we’ll confirm next steps. We may request that the remaining product be returned. You must return the product to us in order to get a refund. The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 6 weeks after receipt of the returned product. Please note that the shipping costs cannot be refunded to you.
